Job Description:
– Develop and explore business opportunities, maintain and develop the existing customer relationship; cultivate and develop potential customers;
– Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation and close deals both individually and as a team;
– Work closely with Service line and solution team for technical and commercial proposal;
– Provide weekly/monthly pipeline updates and reviews on individual and market performance and measures for improvement Desired Skills and Experience.
Qualification:
– At least 10 years sales experience in leading IT service firms;
– Good understanding of IT service offering especially with manufacturing and retail industry;
– Outstanding selling skills with a track record of closing new business and achieve production quota consistently;
– Good presentation and negotiation skill in both Chinese and English;
– Ability to work under pressure;
-Well-developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate well at all organizational levels;
– Bachelor degree or above.
