What we are looking for :

We are looking for a consultant for below objectives:

  • To provide insight and analysis over inclusive and responsible business policy framework in Indonesia;
  • To analyse the gap and opportunity in the inclusive and responsible business framework in Indonesia that could contribute to women economic empowerment;
  • To assess to what extent the principles of inclusive and responsible business linked to the principle of Business and Human Rights (United Guiding Principle on Business and Human Rights);
  • To contextualize the implementation of inclusive and responsible business legal framework in Indonesia into palm oil and seafood sector;
  • To analyse the opportunity to promote inclusive and responsible palm oil and seafood business to the main stakeholder such as private sector;
  • To map potential collaboration between actors to strengthen works in promoting sustainable and responsible palm oil and seafood value chains.

Qualification :

Consultants are expected to meet the following qualifications:

  • Have an understanding of the “inclusive and responsible business” legal and policy framework, as well as implementation in Indonesia
  • Have an understanding on business and human rights principles
  • Have an understanding of the value chain in the palm oil and seafood sector
  • Have experience and capacity to conduct analysis related to inclusive and responsible business.
  • Have an understanding of CSOs and gender equality
  • Committed to conducting safe and fair analysis.

  • Detailed estimated budget for this assignment, including gross consultancy fee, budget lines for per diem, travel, accommodation costs and other meeting costs if any. Consultancy fee should be indicated in gross terms, which includes tax either 10% VAT or 2,5% for PPh.
