The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an unlimited contract duration. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. In coordination with the team lead, working from home is possible at any time.

As Expert SEO & Website Testing, you will attract new supporters for our vision “A world without hunger” by optimizing our web offers. Together with the online editorial team and the technical product owner, you will further develop our websites in terms of content, structure and technology. In doing so, you can use your sense for good content as well as your passion for technology and data-based work.

Your responsibilities :

  • You are the first point of contact for all questions regarding SEO and website testing and train your colleagues in these areas.
  • The development and maintenance of a clearly defined SEO roadmap are just as much a part of your tasks as the monitoring and reporting of your SEO KPIs.
  • You know the importance of technology, usability and content for a good website and ensure an ideal interaction of these factors.
  • You coordinate the implementation of optimization measures and lead technical projects.
  • Conducting usability and conversion tests is part of your daily routine and you are willing to support your colleagues in conducting tests.
  • You are interested in international development cooperation and enjoy explaining complex issues in an understandable way.
  • You keep an eye on current developments, recognize trends and derive recommendations for action from them.

Your profile

  • A university or polytechnic degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in online marketing;
  • Familiarity with TYPO3 or comparable content management systems;
  • Sound knowledge of common tools for SEO, testing and web analysis;
  • Very good technical understanding and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools;
  • User orientation and familiarity with personas and user journeys;
  • Data-based and results-oriented approach to work;
  • Excellent spoken and written English and German language skills.
