The government of the Republic of Sudan has received a grant financing from the African Development Bank on behalf of the Transition Support Facility (TSF) toward the cost of the Agricultural Value Chain Development Project (AVCDP), and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for the design and construction supervision of a modern Commodity Exchange Building (Main Borsa).

The services under this project include design and construction supervision of a modern Commodity Exchange Building (Main Borsa) in Elobied City, North Kordofan State, Sudan.

The Agricultural Value Chain Development Project (AVCDP) now invites eligible consultancy firms to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultancy firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the needed services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultancy firms may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.

Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s “Procurement Policy for Bank Funded Operations, dated October 2015” which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.
