Job Description

• Negotiate with suppliers;
• Responsible for PR, PO and MIGO in the SAP and UNISOL system;
• Responsible for Transportation fleet management and KPI;
• Schedule payments;
• Check and monitor expiration dates of contracts and others;
• Provide infrastructure for management meetings;
• Car fleet control (maintenance, payment, fines, etc.);
• Interface with all SCLC requests (material codes, CFTs, contracts, etc.);
• Interface and control with the Financial department of invoices;
• Financial breakdown by cost centers;
• Support for travel contract management;
• Backup of the Administrative Manager to handle demands related to the financial part of the Travel Agency;
• Responsible for generating KPIs for Travel within the Affiliate.

HSE:

• Collaborate in the maintenance of 5S of the office and in the selective collection of waste.
• Communicate to the HSE Department all situations of risk, accidents and near misses in the Company.
• Participate in the Emergency Plan according to JT 12 – Internal Communication Officer.
• Participate in HSE Training and Lectures.
• Respect the HSE Policies and the Code of Ethics and Conduct of TEPBR

Candidate profile

• University degree in Administration or related areas;
• Proven experience with Expatriates is required;
• Able to deal with sharp deadlines;
• Knowledge in residential maintenance service;
• Fluent English;
• French (desirable).
