Job Role Summary

 

Infrastructure analyst to work with the workstation engineering & tech support, focusing on security and automation.

Job Role Responsibilities

 

Support primarily security products used on the GME machines (Global Managed Environment – our customized version of Windows 10), such as: Sentinel One, CarbonBlack Sensor, Windows Firewall, CarbonBlack Sensor (EDR), Symantec Endpoint Protection. Also to package and deploy custom scripts, codes and software.

Expected Level of Proficiency

 

Previous experience with infrastructure support (Windows, Active Directory, Network, Automation, SCCM for deployment), customer support and security. Fluent English, willing to learn new technologies, adapt and change priorities. Coding/scripting skills required for packaging and deploy automations and solutions (e.g. capable to automate in PowerShell/C#/VBS to read/write files, registry keys, WMI, run commands, etc.). Be familiar to work with AGILE methodologies. Support different projects (to test and replace technologies). Cloud skills, DevOps & analytics can be a differential.
