As a team of highly motivated and diverse professionals, our Global Inventory Management team adds value to the business by updating SAP Materials Catalogue and interacting with vendors regarding purchase orders.

 

Cataloguer:

• Validate business line requests.
• Contribute to warehouse stock optimization by advising business line’s optimal stocking levels.
• Prepare and consolidate mass requests in standard format for mass upload.
• Independent verification, quality check of mass uploaded entries.
• Search for existing catalog entries to match urgent requests.
• Provide guidance on cataloguing, requirements and best practice to sites.
• Perform periodic maintenance of SAP catalog to identify consolidation opportunities and cleanup of redundant entries.

 

Expeditor:

• Track late orders using internal tool.
• Communicate with vendors, business line and warehouse concerning the status of material.
• Communicate with acquisitions on status and root causes of late purchase orders deliveries.

Expected Level of Proficiency

• Students (Two years to get degree) of Business Administration or International Trade
• Advanced English Level
