Job Description

  • Daily and monthly cash flow forecast with analysis of the fluctuations of all cash movements
  • Ensure all daily integration of electronic bank statements in SAP is done by SSC
  • Cash Pooling and zero balancing of account (ZBA)
  • Hedging of forex transactions (SPOT) and liaise with SSC to provide relevant rates for posting in SAP
  • Arrange and prepare drawdown instruction of credit facility
  • Approved and release payment in Themis with another authorized approver
  • Reporting (i.e. counterparty risk – Gerico)
  • Administration of bank accounts (opening, closing, update of signatories) for few entities including maintenance of company’s chart of accounts relating to treasury
  • Administrator/Security Manager for treasury tools (Themis, Quantum, Citibank Online Banking, ANZ)
  • Vendor MDM bank detail checks and Customer MDM maintenance
  • Addressing queries and liaising with relevant stakeholders (internal & external) on queries & disputes for receipts or payments
  • Participate in all projects related to cash management matters
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects/ assignments
  • Prepare and file WHT to IRAS
  • Annual financing plan submission for company
  • Full set of accounting for entities which includes the statutory audited accounts, CAP reporting and tax reporting
  • Ensure compliance to Group and Accounting standards in the reporting within the scope of responsibility
  • Expense claims processing and management

Candidate profile

  • Degree in accounting/finance or its equivalent professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA/ CA/ CPA)
  • Minimum 3 years professional experiences in treasury, finance and accounts payables
  • Working experience with/in shared services will be preferred
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently / with Team and to adopt to a fast-changing environment
  • Good analytical and communication skills are required as well as advanced skills in stakeholder relations
  • Good verbal and written proficiency in English and in the local language of administration are required as the role involves a high level of interaction with internal stakeholders
  • Able to adhere to strict reporting timelines with good quality of deliverables
  • Proactive, vigilance, resilience, autonomy and respect of cut-off times
