This role is responsible for delivering the annual audit program and carry out a range of Quality Assurance and Control activities across several front-line and support functions and locations. The Systems Manager will be reporting to the National Remedial Manager.

Role purpose:
This role is responsible for delivering the annual audit program and carry out a range of Quality Assurance and Control activities across several front-line and support functions and locations. The Systems Manager will be reporting to the National Remedial Manager.
Primary accountabilities:
Develop the Safety, Quality and Environment systems with all compliance requirements of the Company Management System (CMS);
Responsible for the delivery of both the annual audit program and plan (external and internal), with comprehensive audit reports highlighting areas of both non-conformance and good practice;
Carry out supplier pre-qualification capability audits and continued surveillance of capabilities;
Close out corrective actions from client, sub-contractor or internal non-compliance / observation reports ensuring remedial action is adequate and Objective Quality Evidence provided; continuous monitoring of operations to ensure company and legislative requirements are being met;
Audit / verify Project documentation;
Provide advice and support to project teams on Quality Assurance matters;
Responsible for delivering FSC accreditation for Freyssinet Australia;
Maintain license and accreditation updates;
Administration of software access for Freyssinet Australia employees;
Update CMS system with up to date content;
Liaise with other department for digitization of quality documents and implementation of software’s.
Support health & safety, environmental and quality nationally
Qualifications:
Relevant Systems or Document Control and Management qualification would be advantageous
Qualifications or experience in Project-Management would assist in the role
Skills & Experience:
7-10 years Systems and Compliance experience across the civil and construction industry (or similar)
Experience of the Construction & Engineering would be a distinct advantage
Experience of Health & safety within Construction & Engineering would be a distinct advantage
Previous experience carrying out audits and developing internal processes
Sound understanding of quality and environmental factors
Ability to operate autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
