GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

Our Resource Planners are responsible for the provision, advice and delivery of crew rosters, the planning and recovery of Flight and Cabin Crew training events, and the coordination of ongoing crew currency. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our Training and Crew Control functions to deliver compliant rosters that fulfil our operational requirements, and optimise our resources.

We’re looking for solutions-focused individuals, with experience in a fast-paced, ever changing, team environment. You’ll need a strong compliance ethic and an ability to think methodically to achieve strict deadlines.

In addition, you will also need:

• Minimum 1 year experience within a rostering function (within aviation highly desirable),
• Experience applying industrial and/or regulatory rules,
• Exposure to strict deadlines,
• Ability to multi-task.

Experience using Geneva Airline Operations Management System, along with a knowledge of Flight and Cabin Crew training is highly desirable.
