We are currently looking for a
Working Student Business Performance Management (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
Our business performance team analyses outsourced projects in transition and in day-to-day operations and shows potential for improvement. From this, saving opportunities are derived and implemented. You will get to know the various aspects of the activities and will have to take on independent task packages, including:• Creation of presentations for both internal and external events
• Creation of evaluations (reports, analysis, and decision-making documents) ;
• Participate in management meetings (agenda, minutes, action tracking, filing) ;
• Forming the interface to other internal areas (HR, CEE Functions, Communication, Onsite Support Centre, etc) ;
• Take over Administrative tasks.
You will work in an international team in CEE and will directly communicate with our other departments such as sales, service management, data centre operations and with the customer. Through your willingness to learn, on-the-job training and a structured approach, you expand your know-how and can implement your theoretical knowledge in projects.
Your profile
• You are enrolled at a university/ Fachhochschule and are ideally in the middle of your undergraduate studies (Bachelor, Diploma, Magister or similar) or you are at the beginning of your postgraduate (Master or similar) ;
• Initial experience in the field of project management and controlling is of advantage ;
• Confidence in dealing with Microsoft office esp. Excel and PowerPoint ;
• Fluency in both German and English ;
• You like to work in an international group and want to gain experience in an intercultural project environment ;
• Strengths include self-motivation, willingness to perform, work independently and willingness to work in a team.

We are legally obligated to point out that the collective gross annual salary is €26.068 (full-time). Your actual annual income will be determined based on your qualifications and experience in line with the market.
