AirBaltic recruits an Aircraft Paint Mechanic

We will entrust you

• Aircraft and aircraft components surface preparation, such as sanding, chemical paint stripping, de-greasing, etc., for paint application
• Mixing paint parts and pigments to match application and colour specification
• Painting of aircraft and aircraft components
• Application of paint protection films, placards and marking on aircraft and aircraft components

What You will need to succeed

• At least secondary professional education
• At least 2 years of work experience in aviation industry painting environment
• Ability to work in shifts (incl. nights) and upon operational necessity
• Knowledge of aerospace sector paint systems and application processes, chemical materials safe handling and storage
• Knowledge of English language (to read work instructions and material safety data sheets)
