The EiE Coordinator will be responsible for the management & implementation of education in emergencies interventions and budget. S/he will manage EiE programs (including ECD, Basic Education, Literacy component and Myanmar Curriculum piloting) and services to ensure that the Rohingya children (3-18 years age) graduate successfully achieving required learning competency. The role involves providing educational opportunities and support to children and families to support them to achieve their education goals, as well as supervision of the education programs and services, including relevant documents & data management. The Coordinator-EiE will manages relationships with Technical Officers and other volunteers at Rohingya camps and host community as well.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Bangladeshi Nation who is competent and committed professional holding At least Masters Degree in Education, development studies, social studies or any relevant subject. Required to have minimum 4 years of experience in education sector. Experience in humanitarian settings is an asset, preferably in international development organization as well as good understanding & knowledge about Humanitarian architecture of the Rohingya Response its operating and regulatory environment. Have experience in Child Protection, YEE or Education. Required to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Bangla. Understanding and speaking local language of Cox’s Bazar or Chittagong is an advantage.
