Job Description

The LSO Manager is accountable for the safe, efficient and reliable logistics services for the affiliate and for technical support to all operational entities – namely production (including terminal), drilling, project and commercial (DPSTs and CTV) – in the technical specialties under LSO’s responsibility – marine, ROV, diving, survey, lifting, aviation and offloading.

HSE:

– Ensure that all risk related to LSO operations are managed according to all applicable legal and internal requirements;
– Implement ONE MAESTRO (HSE-MS of TOTAL) within LSO.

Operations:

– Accountable for all Logistics operations (marine, base, underwater and aviation);
– Accountable for delivering fit for purpose services to all internal LSO Clients;
– Ensure the physical management of the stock that is in LSO premises.

Budget and Finance:

– Accountable for LSO budget;
– Promotes LSO 3C initiatives.

Method, audit & procedures:

– Accountable for the department’s operational procedures and LSO referential (Guidebooks, manuals, company rules);
– Ensure audits of marine, aviation and land transportation;
– Ensure proper implementation of DGEP rules within the logistics department.

Reporting:

– Reporting of LSO Activities and Performance Indicators;
– Manage Return of Experience of key applicable operations (send and receive).

Also TEPBr’s representative for Libra’s Logistics Subcommittee. General support to the Explo (including C-M-541 and other OBO assets (like Iara and GDM).

Context and environment

LSO department provides the Logistics and the Support to Operations within TOTAL do Brazil affiliate. As such LSO supports:
– Drilling, construction and Production activities in LAPA field;
– Exploration campaigns projects (such as C-M-541);
– Any operations in non Operated assets.

Candidate profile

Behavior:
– Leadership attributes;
– Strong presentation and analytical skills
– Rigorous person able to deal with different subjects at the same time.

Skills:

– Understanding of O&G business and DW operations;
– Fluent English is required;
– Basic knowledge of SAP;
– HSE in Oil & gas industry awareness;
– Personnel management skills.

Education and Experience:

– Education: engineer or equivalent;
– Previous experience with field exposure and personnel management in the field is required;
– Previous experience in finance, cost control or contract & Procurement is appreciated.
