Nestlé Cameroun is currently looking for a QMS Coordinator who will be responsible to ensure the NMS-Nestlé Management System is established, implemented, maintained and updated in factory and support to other champion of Tropical Cluster.

A day in the life of…

  • Identify the necessary resources for running the NMS/FSSC 22000 and check their availability ;
  • Organize trainings sessions and internal audits for all internal auditors Drive cost saving initiatives to improve the performance and costs on operation ;
  • Ensure alignment of NMS/FSSC 22000 implementation, collect and share learnings and best practices ;
  • Coordinate the planification and execution of production Quality monitoring schemes update while ensuring their verification ;
  • Define the measures and participate to target setting to monitor compliance to Quality systems requirement of the site ;
  • Ensure internal audits are conducted and seek for quality in value chain, room for improvement including updating Operating Quality Manual for Head Office ;
  • Continuously work with  the NMS Internal Auditors to close gaps and improve the effectiveness of the Quality Systems ;
  • Support the NMS Internal auditor to remove blocks and barriers that hinder the implementation of the project.

What will make you successful :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or equivalent (preferably , food sciences, chemistry , Food processing and Quality Management, engineering in food quality) ;
  • Master’s degree will be an added advantage ;
  • Must be able to express yourself in both French and English language ( written & oral) ;
  • Knowledge of FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 ;
  • A team player and able to handle projects.
