Job Role Responsibilities

  • Steward 3rd party service provider on ExxonMobil Huizhou Chemical Complex warehouse operations
    -Accurate inventory management, safe and flawless executions in compliance with KPI and EM’s business control and SSHE (safety security health environment) requirements.
    -Chair periodic 3rd party service provider stewardship meeting.
    -Lead field audit.
    -Work with TPSP for timely customer feedback’s investigation, identify root causes and preventive measure closure.
    -Responsible for implementation of work processes with 3rd party operator for safe operation like – Permit to work, work procedures, etc.
    -Operations procedure writing, review & approval work process as applicable.
  • HCC packaging Start-Up
    -Support design and built activities with vendors and appointed consultant.
    -Involve in the development of start-up and operation procedures for HCC packaging, warehouse and logistics activities.
    -Onboard 3rd party service providers to operate HCC packaging lines an, warehouse.
    -Work with 3rd party service providers for readiness to enable the shuttling of finished product and PRM inter-sites and delivery to ports / customers.

    •Steward SSHE compliance for packaging, warehouse and logistics operation
    -Steward third party service provider to comply SSHE requirement.
    -Support daily tool box talks, risk assessment, incident investigation, safety audit follow-up.

  • Polymers bagging line operations
    -Monitor and manage bagging line condition on daily basis.
    -Manage and drive the reliability of weighbridge and bulk operations on daily basis.
    -Interface between technical / process engineers for daily troubleshooting.
    -Sustain bagging rates at design basis.
    -Drive compliance to weights and controls requirements.
    -Support month end material mass balance activities.
    -Oversee scrap material handling.
    -Drive improvement program for operational safety, reliability, quality and productivity.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • More than 8 years’ experience in manufacturing / packaging unit and Logistics.
  • Experience in international projects, Multi-National Corporations or Joint Venture is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills to effectively interface with third party service providers.
  • Effective team player – have to work in cross functional teams consisting of members from service providers, site supply chain, technical engineers, quality engineers, business.
  • Self-driven and ability to influence without authority.
  • Able to use English as the working language.
