Job Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the safe, efficient and on-time commissioning and start-up of ExxonMobil Huizhou Chemical Complex, meeting project objectives and strategies
    Material Coordinating

    • Interface with Project craft engineer/supervisor to ensure equipment or facilities critical and non critical spare parts are strategically identified and purchased
    • Coordinate with Project and Manufacturing team on the SPIR documentation. Ensure Spare Parts and Interchangeability Review (SPIR) created with essential and accurate data
    • Interface with Data Take On (DTP) Team on Material Master (MM) creation/update
    • Ensure Bill of Material (BOM) is properly tag to equipment
    • Collaborate with Project (EPC) to schedule all deliveries and manage all delays and ensure compliance to all material requests
    • Drive preservation program
      System
    • Collaborate with Project to set up new equipment/intools data
    • Provide site-wide user system application support on SAP modules involving Plant Maintenance, Materials Management and Projects Modules.
    • Data Administration for GEMS / IST / Business Warehouse
    • Site Wide Single Point Contact on GEMS/ IST Issues, Enhancements and responsible for monitoring and rectifying errors from Interface/ batch program runs
    • Conduct training to site wide users on GEMS / IST / Business Warehouse
    • Data Administration for Intools
    • Tracking Maintenance / Business Controls KPIs
  • Responsible and accountable for all activities performed at his/her area of responsibility.
  • SHE leadership – uphold the highest SHE standard and practices, foster the desired safety culture & behaviors, competency and leadership in the Start Up team.  Report, investigate and learn from all incidents and near misses, eliminate root causes. Meet SHE and process safety targets.
  • Create high performing team. Coach, mentor and supervise direct reports. Steward employees’ development.
  • Ensure that all employees / contractors and all activities meet applicable ExxonMobil management systems (e.g., SSHE, Controls and Quality).
  • Demonstrate good leadership skills in holding employees and/or contractors accountable for their field safety and execution performance (scope compliance, cost, quality, efficiencies, etc.). Ensure the management are informed of major issues and safety concerns.
  • Responsible for ensuring Best Practices and Controls been followed

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • College or bachelor degree in engineering related major.
  • About 5 years working experience in Petrochemical industry or machinery manufacturer industry. Strong technical and analytical competency
  • Experience in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up of process unit is an advantage.
  • Experience in international projects, Multi-National Corporations or Joint Venture is an advantage.
  • Expreience in system application is an advantage
  • Good planning, supervisory, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities and people
  • Able to use English as the working language. Computer & SAP literate
