  • Draft and translate the Project Progress Reports of on-going projects, do the first review and find out information gaps for the report.
  • Assist in translation/interpretation of related documents of project formulation and implementation.
  • Assist in taking meeting notes and draft minutes.
  • Provide effective support to organizing capacity building workshops and events.
  • Work with colleagues from different teams to develop project communication materials.
  • Provide additional support as necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team, ability for managing timely and effective delivery of both quantity and quality before the deadlines;
  • Computer proficiency, especially related to professional office software packages (Microsoft Office).
Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in International Development, Public Policy, or related fields.
  • Intern experience in other international organizations/UN agencies preferred.

Candidates must meet one of the following educational requirements:

  • Enrolled in a Master’s or in a PhD programme
  • In the final year of a Bachelor’s programme;
  • Or within one year after graduation from a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD programme,
  • Or be enrolled in a postgraduate professional traineeship program and undertake the internship as part of this program

Language and Skills

Excellent writing and communication skills both in Chinese and English, coordination and event organization skills are required.
