- The African Development Bank hereby invites Consulting Firms to indicate their interest in providing Independent Advisory Services for a road PPP project.
- The assignment consists in providing the AfDB with a report on the technical aspects and risks of the Project to enable the AfDB to assess whether the project company will have the capacity to service the proposed loan.
- The Infrastructure Non-Sovereign Operations division invites Consulting Firms to indicate their interest in providing the above-described services. Interested eligible Consulting Firms or associations of Consulting Firms shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to provide the services. A maximum of 2 – pager document will be required summarizing the general experience of the Consulting Firm, its credentials in similar assignment, a summary of its staff, etc.
- Please, note that interest expressed by a Consulting Firm does not imply any obligation on the part of the Bank to include it in the shortlist.
- The above-mentioned services are expected to start in May – June 2021.
- Interested Firms may obtain further information at the addresses below during the Bank’s working hours: from 09: 00 to 17:00 hours (Abidjan time).
- Expressions of interest must be received at the address below no later than Friday, May 21st, 2021 at 17h00 local time and specifically mentioning Independent Technical Advisor for a Road PPP Project.
