About this position:

We are looking for a Client Strategy Lead Officer/Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing our Client Strategy. You will manage its implementation and all its related initiatives in coordination with Segment/Industry teams and work closely with the BPR Team on data gathering and analyzing KPIs and dashboards.

You will work in the Investment Operations Department (INO) is responsible for generating a portfolio of high quality, creditworthy, and environmentally and socially sound projects that result in significant developmental impact. The business cycle goes from the identification, selection, origination, structuring and execution of transactions to their monitoring. The Department follows a matrix model, with three Segment/Industry divisions covering Infrastructure and Energy (IEN), Financial Institutions (FLI) and Corporates (SMC), two transversal divisions covering Financial Products and Services (FNP), and Portfolio Management (PTM) and two transversal teams responsible for (i) Marketing & Business Communications (MAR) and (ii) Business Strategy, Planning and Resources (BPR).

What you’ll need:

Education: You hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or similar field.

Experience: You have at least eight (8) years of experience for the Lead Officer position, and at least five (5) for the Officer position, in a financial institution (commercial or investment bank), and/or strategy & consultancy company with a proven track-record in crafting client and business development strategies and managing client management models. Exceptional ability to integrate and connect internal and external information with all aspects of the business is a requirement.

Languages: You have oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish. French and/or Portuguese are considered a plus.
