We strive to represent the diverse communities we serve. Applicants who contribute to this diversity and those who bring lived experience with displacement are strongly encouraged to apply.

The Role

A candidate with these core mindsets will thrive in our environment:

  • You are in tune with the perspectives of all partners: Individual donors, corporate/organizational donors, our fundraising colleagues, the finance team, our country programs, and more. Your work is deeply interconnected. You know your job impacts people, not just numbers.

  • You are eager to take ownership of technical challenges, relying on self-guided learning to find solutions, and collaborating with others to enhance the functionality of fundraising systems.

Who you serve

Donor Services is a trusted partner to the Alight and our affiliate organizations:

  • Alight works closely with refugees, trafficked persons, and economic migrants to co-design solutions that help them build full and fulfilling lives. Alight serves 4 million people in 20 countries. At present, we are also part of the emergency response in Ukraine and neighboring countries.
  • Eastern Congo Initiative advocates for, invests in, and partners with community organizations. Through the Asili social business platform, ECI is helping communities provide world-class essential services in a revolutionary new way.
  • ORAM – Organization for Refuge, Asylum & Migration – started as the only international organization devoted solely to advocating for sexual and gender minority asylum seekers and refugees fleeing persecution and violence.
  • Questscope is an innovative organization that produces social, educational, and entrepreneurial opportunities for marginalized youth, mainly in Jordan and Syria.
