ExxonMobil recruits a Project Analyst in Bengaluru, KA, IN

• Support of analytical platforms, tool sustainment, and day to day work in the Planning and Analytics group.

Job specific responsibilities\tasks:

• Upkeep existing dashboards, perform quality checks of material, incorporate user feedback to improve dashboards and add functionality
• Analyze project data, make hypotheses around data correlations and test via new dashboards
• Assist with roll-up of data in multiple excel files into one global data set, perform data quality checks and create integrated dashboards
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and yearly rollup of financial and headcount data to provide present opex/recovery and headcount position, as it compares to the fiscal year plan
• Maintain existing tools through IT interface; Link through common platform.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other technical degree from a recognized university with 7.0 GPA or higher
• Minimum 2 to 7 years experiences in related field
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Power Query
• Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to go on business travel, if required
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills – able to effectively communicate
• Enthusiasm for analytics and innovative thinking
• Proactive and able to work in an unstructured environment
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks / projects
• Able to use sound judgment dealing with sensitive or confidential matters
• Industry experience (preferred but not required)
• Design Thinking familiarity (preferred but not required)
