The F2F Fundraising is looking for Manager  (200002WG)

Role purpose:

The F2F Fundraising Manager in his/her capacity is responsible to raise funds from public, focusing on building unrestricted income from the individual donors.

Key elements of the strategy will include:

  • Promote Save the Children campaign goals and objectives
  • Maintain a diverse and secure funding base from regular monthly donors and one off donors
  • Recruit committed donors using face to face technique
  • Expansion of face to face program across Indonesia and test F2F approach with other method
  • Developing innovative ways of working
  • Ensuring all resources is used as efficiently as possible and income opportunities are maximized.

The post-holder will be an active member of Change Management Team and the Cross-Functional Working Groups and other for as notified by the Indonesia Leadership Team.

He/She will play a key role in shaping the overall strategy of the organisation and driving forward new initiatives to ensure long-term sustainability.

The post holder will be responsible for global KPI as follows:

  • Contribute to achievement of Operations delivery management indicators
  • Contribute to achievement of Awards management indicators
  • Contribute to achievement of Risk and financial management indicators
  • Contribute to achievement of Global Management Indicators

Qualifications and experience

Essential

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • At least 4 years’ experience in F2F fundraising with at least 2 years of management experience in leading successful National Face to Face Fundraising teams in NGO environment (Ideally in an international NGO), including experience in the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans through a number of planning cycles
  • Professional level competence in written and spoken English
  • Ability to use numbers to support all fundraising decisions
  • Excellent experience of computerized accounts packages, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Self-motivated and with ambition to deliver the best fundraising outcomes for children.
  • A confident and assertive communicator, able to challenge, inspire and lead
  • A flexible approach to work and a “can-do” attitude to challenges and change;
  • Advanced customer relations skills;
  • Advanced relationship building skills including training/coaching and developing/supporting others;
  • Ability to deal effectively with complex situations requiring significant levels of judgement and assessment of information;
  • Ability to deal confidentially with colleagues at all levels;
  • Strong networking, influencing and negotiation skills;
  • Accuracy and precision as related to numerical data;
  • Advanced competence in the use of CRM databases; Raiser’s Edge preferable;
  • Proven ability to work in multi-cultural environments;
  • Ability to remain calm, think clearly, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
