In partnership with Environmental Affairs Department (EAD), UNDP Malawi Office is seeking for qualified bidders to conduct transport sector GHG emissions analysis and propose targets for reduction within the period of 2021 to 2050 in five-year cycles as a contribution to the global process of revising NDCs.
