We’re recruiting an apprentice to join our Work Force Management team and support day-to-day activity.
Scope :
You’ll work alongside our Africa WFM team, to tackle various demands from the region ( Mostly local demands).
Mission :
- Answer to recruitment agencies;
- Propose shortlists to Managers, fix interviews and send out feedback post interviews ;
- Operational tasks ( focus on fulfillment);
- Focus on Quality of Resource Requests Data – supporting requestors in Ressourece Request creation;
- Provide status to WFRM managers.
Profil :
- A Bachelor/Masters Alumni;
- No prior experience in Permanent positions;
- A valid eligibilty to Anapec contract;
- A proficient level in english;
- Readiness to start Asap.
