About the job:

The role of a Travel Advisor is focused on creating itineraries tailored to each customer’s unique needs. The role demands creativity, independent thinking, and discretion as you will work directly with important partners to create fully-customized journeys around Morocco.

Excellent communication skills and an eye for the details are a must to design and sell one-of-kind adventures. You should be prepared to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be willing to put in the time to execute assigned tasks on schedule.

You will:

  • Create bespoke itineraries based clients’ individual needs and wants

  • Offer prompt and timely responses and communications with clients

  • Manage trip design and trip payment processes

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure trips on the ground run smoothly

You are:

  • Creative. We have certain processes in place, but you’ll be expected to challenge and rethink them to help us get ever more creative with what we offer clients and how we deliver.

  • Proactive. You’ve successfully driven initiatives (sales or other projects)

  • Scrappy, urgent, and decisive. You move fast and you’re comfortable doing whatever it takes to get the job done.

  • Exceptionally effective. You are an outstanding project manager, who can take an idea to impact without direction. You routinely deliver results people didn’t think were possible.

  • Fully fluent in English (Working knowledge of Spanish is a plus)

  • Fluent in computer literacy (Google Suite, CRM systems)

  • Knowledgeable of Morocco’s key cities, sights, and attractions, and have 0 to 6 years of professional work experience
