Objectif :

Edition et production de huit animations de sensibilisation sur le coronavirus à partir d’une collecte des donnees fournie par le service communication/C4D sur des thèmes spécifiques.

  • Format de sortie : MP4 ;
  • Format video : 1920×1080 pixels ;
  • Format video alternatif : carré pour les medias sociaux ;
  • Durée : entre 60 et 120 secondes ;
  • Son : Le producteur vidéo doit fournir une piste musicale appropriée ;
  • Les langues : Versions française et arabe.

Le consultant s’efforcera de reproduire fidèlement les spécificités mauritaniennes (codes et coutumes, modes de vie, religion) et de respecter la diversité ethnique dans ses productions.

 

Méthode de travail :

Le (la) consultant(e) travaillera à distance et devra disposer de son ordinateur personnel pour faire son travail.

Les frais de transport liés à cette consultance seront à la charge du Consultant.

 

Pour être qualifié, il/elle devra…

  • Avoir une formation en production audiovisuelle/design ;
  • Avoir une expérience d’au moins deux ans dans la production d’animation ;
  • Avoir in portfolio d’au moins 3 animations produites ;
  • Bonne communication en français.
