Quality Assurance Analyst

Purpose

A quality assurance specialist ensures that the final product and services observes the company’s quality standards. In general, these detail-oriented professionals are responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Performing routine inspections and quality tests for different processes ;
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system and develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions ;
  • Preparing, implementing, and documenting quality assurance policies and procedures ;
  • Create quality measurements to track improvement in products and services ;
  • Audit practices and quality standards defined as aligned with its definition, ensuring compliance with internal controls procedures, reports, operating practices and documentation ;
  • Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires, recommending new policies and procedures ;
  • Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report that is communicated to the key stakeholders of each process and Industries ;
  • Consolidate audits results and interact with multiple stakeholders to ensure results are communicated in a timely manner ;
  • Ensure that processes owned are properly executed according to the process documentation. (AST).

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree and ability to understand, speak and write in English ;
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills ;
  • Minimum 2 years audit or project management experience ;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills ;
  • Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure ;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills in front of senior managers ;
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience
  • ITIL V3 certification
