Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Human Resource Manager to join our team in the Abuja Country office, Nigeria.
The Human Resource Manager (HRM) is responsible for overseeing the Human Resource function for the Country Programme including workforce planning, recruitment, induction, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, policy and practice, and also provides coaching to managers and a link between the offices to ensure consistent approach and high quality standards.
The successful candidate will have :
- A Post-graduate qualification in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related discipline ;
- Significant experience working in a Human Resource Management generalist role ;
- Knowledge and experience in recruitment, reward and recognition, employee relations and training ;
- Proven significant experience working in a International Non-Government Organization ;
- Experience in information systems.
