Background:

ELAF for Relief and Development.

Elaf RD: Is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political organization that was established and registered in January 2015, in Gaziantep, Turkey-Registration No: 27-019-083. With the fast escalation of the conflict in Syria, and due to the increasing needs of the refugees in the neighbouring countries and inside Syria, Elaf RD established Hatay offices in Turkey, and 5 Field offices in Syria which are Sarmad, Afrin, Jarablus Azaz, and Tell Abiad offices.

Elaf RD is dedicated to addressing the interconnectedness of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and double nexus in an integrated and comprehensive manner. Our approach is centred around the double nexus, linking humanitarian aid and development assistance for a more effective and sustainable response. We are committed to providing emergency aid to the most deprived communities through substantial long-term solutions in addition to its work to improve the situation of both, the refugees and host communities by focusing on project development and improving the economic situation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparing a training plan in coordination with the direct manager.
2- Preparing the training material by preparing presentations and printing the necessary brochures.
3. Training of women beneficiaries on basic english skills determined by the organization.
4. Follow up on the level of beneficiaries by conducting periodic tests.
5. Follow up on the attendance of the beneficiaries by signing the beneficiaries on daily attendance records.
6. Send work reports to the direct manager.

Requirements:

Education
Relevant academic Diploma.

Expertise
At least two years of experience in english language training.

Required skills
The ability to manage training sessions and deal with women of different ages and different educational levels.
