JOB PURPOSE:

To support and promote the achievement of country goals in grants development, implementation, monitoring and reporting in all program units and the Country Office with policies, procedures and requirements of donors, Plan and local authorities.

To establish an effective working relationship within Plan including Program Team, National Organizations, and Plan Regional Office as well as outside of Plan such as the corporate and local and national governments.

Assist Resources Mobilization Manager to build/develop goals for local resource mobilization, manage grants transactions at all levels.

Core role and responsibilities:

Planning :

  • Country Strategic Plan (CSP) and its appendix ‘Resource Mobilization Strategy;
  • Annual Grants Fundraising Plan, Grants Business Plan;
  • Grants project operational plans;
  • Grants budget plans;
  • Member of resource mobilization team to support and actualize resource mobilization strategy of Plan Thailand in term of Grants Management /Operation;
  • Assist the Resources Mobilization Manager to facilitate and manage the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and reporting of grants related sections of CSP and developed goals for grants fundraising;
  • Maintain and update GADs and GTS information with accuracy of data presented, in coordination with the Finance Department and the National Organisations;
  • Review grants project spending and work with the Program Department, and Finance Department to optimize the timely spending of grants according to the operational plan;
  • Arrange the English reports of grant funded projects for timely submission to National Organizations and local donors according to their formats and sharing this with Pus and grants management team respectively;
  • Establishes and maintains good working and learning relationships across Program Offices, NOs, RO and donor. Maximize the funding opportunities offered by NO and local donor;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor or master degree in related fields;
  • Minimum Experience of 2-5 years of working with grants and international donors (Any international experience is useful) with a few year of working as senior officer level ;
  • Proficiency in business planning, project/program proposal writing, budgeting & controlling of whole process
  • Experience of developing and writing grants proposal will be advantage.
