L’UNICEF Zimbabwe lance un appel à candidatures pour un consultant individuel afin de soutenir le développement d’une feuille de route pour la durabilité du VIH au Zimbabwe.

 

 

 

ASSIGNMENTS:

UNICEF with support from PEPFAR/USAID is availing the MoHCC with the services of a senior level Consultant with vast experience in public health financing with a strong focus on HIV, primary health care (PHC), and health system strengthening to support policy level dialogues and development of a sustainability roadmap on HIV within the broader health care system. This will entail working with various stakeholders, preparing and facilitating consultations, assisting with the development of various communication pieces and tools on the process, and the development of the roadmap. As this process coincide with the writing of the new Global Fund application, NFM4, the consultant will also work in liaison with the GF consultant who will be drafting the component on RSSH, resilient and sustainable system for health.

Education:

Advanced degree in Public Health/Health Financing/Economics, Strategic Planning/Social Science or any relevant field.

Experience:

  • At least 8 years of professional work experience at national and international levels including field experience and expertise in HIV programme management;
  • Experience working in related field in Eastern and Southern Africa, is desirable.

Languages:

English. Shona and Ndebele will be an added advantage.
