Appel d’offres : CONCERN recherche un Responsable de la visibilité des donateurs, Irlande (H/F).

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distill reports and programme information into key messages and stories for external publications – digital all forms;

Conceive, edit and publish engaging and innovative donor visibility content across all of Concern’s online channels including website, blog and social media

  • Deliver and work with multimedia and content teams to create engaging campaign specific digital media materials including graphics, video, banners and data visualizations etc.
  • Execute integrated digital campaigns across web and social platforms to build awareness and understanding of key donor’s partnerships with Concern
  • Support in the development and delivery of Concern’s digital projects by working closely with relevant project teams
  • Measure and evaluate donor visibility campaigns delivering on KPIs as set out in the overall strategy
  • Prepare reports and updates on our visibility communications plans for internal and external audiences
  • Help in the implementation of visibility, branding and marking plan of key donor-funded projects.
  • Support with visibility for major donors including blogs, reports and briefing documents.
  • Support to media relations colleagues on donor media outreach, as required.

Skills and Experience Required:

Essential:

  • Degree in English, Communications, Multimedia, Journalism or a related field
  • High degree of demonstrable digital literacy
  • Strong writing, editing and sub-editing skills with 3-4 years proven experience creating and editing content specifically for the web
  • Strong work ethic with an ability to prioritize workload in order to meet constant deadlines and targets
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and KPIs
  • Capable of building a good working relationships at all levels of operation of Concern – from CEO to on-street fundraisers
  • A good degree of flexibility, diplomacy and integrity
  • Positive, creative problem-solver and a can-do attitude
  • Commitment to Concern’s mission, aim and goals
  • Knowledge of donors and requirements for visibility
  • Experience in content marketing, SEM, SEO, social media and online community management

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Concern’s work and development issues generally
  • Excellent multimedia, design, video and photo editing skills (HTML, Photoshop, Premier Pro etc.)
  • Experience of the Drupal CMS (or another equivalent CMS system), HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media management and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of photo and video editing software
  • Knowledge of institutional donors and requirements
