Job Summary

Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, including advertising, talent pool building and talent pool maintaining, sourcing, candidate screening, legal compliance, and reporting. 

BULK recruitment for 80% sales positions within the business.

NB: Sales Agents needs to be fit a proper for our sales positions.

Key Performance Areas/Key Result Areas

  • Deliver on minimum requirements set out by the key stakeholders of the business.
  • Source suitable quality candidates by using relevant job portals, referrals, headhunting etc. for positions required.
  • Planning, communication and implementation of recruitment projects.
  • Engage with stakeholder to understand and support them with their relevant recruitment needs.
  • Verify that all recruitment documents are in order and meets the company’s compliance and governance standards.

Key Tasks

  • Understand and provide guidance to stakeholders regarding all recruitment queries.
  • Industry benchmarking – verify that the company’s job titles, salaries and duties are in line with the industry offering and specific to the business needs.
  • Creating of Job Analysis, Job Descriptions, Job Specifications and Job Adverts.
  • Set up interviews for potential candidates
  • Shortlisting potential candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with stakeholders
  • Conducting candidate background verification checks.
  • Provide feedback on interviews.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Minimum 4 Years + recruitment experience
  • Understanding of bulk recruitment
  • Knowledge of fit & proper requirements within insurance ( Big advantage )
