The digital transformation concerns all organizations: from CAC 40 companies to NGOs. Your mission will be to take this digital wave and make these technologies accessible to all by developing the ‘positive’ uses of the digital : to study, inform oneself and integrate the professional world.
Since 2018, several digital solutions and technologies have been implemented to enhance the chance on all fronts (social, economic and cultural) by giving to the Youth all the keys to develop their full potential and get a decent job which often requires digital skills.
The mission of the Digital team is integrating these technologies in Youth’s program and elaborating digital solutions for the LP4Y ecosystem. The need for digital is growing and is taking a significant part in the functioning of the organization. LP4Y is looking for a talent interested in leveraging online tools to simplify the usage of digital to every volunteer :
- Lead the migration to Google Shared Drive in order to prevent potential data loss and comply with RGPD. You will need to assess the current drive organization, engage with the different users (HR, Finance, Communication, Coaches, Youth, etc) to understand their requirements, propose a solution adapted to their needs and implement it.
- Structure the management of users and the permissions in Google Workspace in order to simplify the onboarding and offboarding of volunteers and Youth
- Work with the pedagogical team to improve LP4Y’s e-learning platform (Digital Inc)

MISSION – VSI (Volontariat de Solidarité International)
The minimum duration of this mission is 13 month (renewable), and will appeal to candidates who are ready to learn and passionate about intercultural cooperation, having already acquired previous professional experience.
Successful candidates will be open, dynamic and enterprising, and looking for an opportunity to develop their character and skills in a multi-cultural context. They will also enjoy communicating with humor, enthusiasm and will be keen team players, committed to making a real difference in the field. Fluent English is required.
