Job Description

  • Work with personnel according to company personnel policy
  • On a timely basis prepares labor contracts and Amendments/Addendums, timely execution of employment, transfer, replacement, dismissal of employees and other arrangements related to the execution of new personnel employment according to the labor legislation, instructions and company management orders.
  • Staff accounting, formation and keeping of personnel database. Regularly updating according to all changes connected with employment, transfer, dismissals, etc.
  • Bears responsibility for keeping and filling in of employees’ labor books and other documents, preparation of other HR documentation established.
  • Enters the personnel information into 1S, HR4U program, regularly updating.
  • Prepares and in due time submits the established HR reporting and letters to the state Authorities. Forms and updates a database for the reporting.
  • Prepares HR information to Authorities and inspection organizations.
  • Supervises observance of the labor legislation. Conducts presentations and provides consultancy on the application of labor code.
  • Advises higher management, and also employees on all personnel matters, methodical support, informs personnel on HR matters.
  • Helps head of the department in creating or revising / updating HR policies, procedures, etc.
  • Fulfills all orders, recommendations and instructions from the company management related to her functional duties and performs additional assignments of line manager.
  • Supervises forming and updating of personal files. Keeps record of on written acquaintance of employees with additions and changes to employment contracts.
  • Accounting and control over employees’ vacations, forms and updates of vacations’ database. Processes employees’ leave orders. Prepares the necessary vacation reporting, including unused vacations.
  • Responsible for Archive. To form, update and keep personal files of employees, make changes dealing with work activity. Prepares personal folders for new employees.
  • Develops Amendments/Addendums to the labor contracts.
  • Prepares on-time orders on personnel – employment, dismissal, transfer, replacement, recall from vacation and etc. Prepares orders for punishments, encouragement, etc. Prepares all other HR documentation.
  • Prepares and in due time submits the established HR reporting and letters to the state Authorities. Forms and updates a database for the reporting.
  • Prepares lists of employees with harmful working conditions, mandatory professional pension contributions, driving payments
  • Coordination of Work Permit and Visa issues.

  • Transportation is affecting all and attention shall be drawn toward safe behavior as passenger and/or driver. You are obliged to follow the Operational Safety Procedure for Road Safety.

Candidate profile

MUST KNOW:

  • Labour legislation of the RK
  • Methodical materials relating to the work to be fulfilled by him/her
  • Company structure, key personnel of the company and its divisions
  • Placement of structural divisions and individual specialists in the company.
  • Security service’s instructions on visitors access to the company are
  • Internal labor regulations
  • Etiquette labor regulations.
  • Means of communication, office equipment and computer, rules of their operation
  • Regulations and norms of safety arrangements and precautions, industrial sanitary and firefighting safety.

Qualification requirementsMandatory:

  • Higher education in Human Resources, Legal, Business Administration
  • Work experience by profession no less than 3 years.
