VINCI seeks to recruit an Equipment Manager

  • Assist and advise Operations/Production Managers, Vice-Presidents and President in preparing equipment investments and divestments
  • Monitor and supervise the maintenance of all equipment in order to have the most efficient equipment possible at the lowest cost
  • Assist, advise and inform Operations Managers, Vice-Presidents and President on technical matters
  • Ensure the flow of information with Canada Equipment Director and Shop Foreman
  • Enforce all administrative procedures established by the Canada Equipment Director, or by the legislation to meet all legal requirements and regulations as well as the rules of EUROVIA
  • Organize the equipment workshop in order to optimize human and material resources

Profil :

Experience and Knowledge

  •  Post Secondary Education required
  •  A minimum of 3 years administrative, management and budgeting experience
  •  Heavy equipment Technician experience
  •  5 years experience as a Fleet Manager or relevant work experience
  •  Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize with excellent attention to detail
  •  Ability to produce results independently
  •  Excellent written verbal communication skills
  •  Knowledge of PC operation and standard business software (MS Office, Email, Adobe)
  •  Construction Equipment knowledge.
