MSF Belgique : Nous recherchons un gestionnaire des systèmes de collecte de fonds et de la gouvernance des données au Danemark.

MSF is currently on an exciting journey of digital transformation with a strong focus on cloud technology, the development of automation solutions, and strategically leveraging data and analytics to reshape its fundraising approaches.

Today, the main pillars of our fundraising tech systems consist of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and our website, soon to be supplemented by a cloud data platform.

As Fundraising Systems and Data Governance Manager you will get the opportunity to shape the digital landscape of our organization and help us optimize our data infrastructure, systems, and processes.

With its foundation in our fundraising team, this role lies at the intersection between technology and business operations. Your work will directly contribute to our goal of generating long-term, sustainable growth, maximizing income, and maintaining a solid base of donors and supporters through efficient and seamless tech solutions.

In this leadership role, you will oversee the alignment of all technology and data initiatives across departments and manage a small fundraising tech team consisting of three people. You will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, resource allocation, and task prioritization to achieve project goals within agreed timelines.

Beyond team and project management, you should enjoy diving into day-to-day tasks and embody hands-on management. In your role, you will not only shape the architecture of these initiatives, – you will also take on an active role in their implementation.

In addition, you will participate actively in knowledge sharing and best practice building across the global MSF movement in which the Danish office has been on the leading edge in devising effective solutions for the fundraising business for years.
