Key Responsibilities:
The team consists of 4 Full-Time C&B professionals working in close collaboration and closely together with the wider HR team and other local departments in our area of operation. As the team’s student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with/in collaboration with HR professionals with the aim of providing high quality and commercially integrated subject matter expertise to our internationally orientated business.
In the C&B team, you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work-life interfacing with stakeholders across different Departments. This is a way for you to turn theory from e.g. economics, data analytics, communication, human resources etc. into practice.

Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in planning.

You will be working with both repetitive and preparatory tasks individually and in close collaboration with your colleagues in the C&B team. Furthermore, you will be an important factor in the team’s analyses and execution on essential C&B processes as well as internal- and external projects.

Overall, you will drive or offer support to a wide range of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Development, design and maintain current internal analysis tools
  • Quarterly bonus estimation and reporting
  • Internal and external data surveys
  • Support to the Yearly bonus and Salary Review process
  • Monthly Reporting of foreign exchange rate
  • Various Ad-Hoc tasks

Candidate profile

Who we are looking for:
It is important that you possess a safety mindset. You are currently enrolled at a University or Business School and we expect your study to be within the area of, Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration or IT. We are looking for a team player with an eye for details combined with a personal motivation to create impact. The successful candidate is able to improve processes with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others.

Your background:

  • Being enrolled in a Bachelor/Master program is a requirement
  • Proficiency in oral and written English is a must
  • Good IT skills, especially in Excel (experience with programming in VBA is a bonus)
  • Analytical mindset and have a flair for understanding and analyzing data
  • Works in a structured and independent manner
