We are currently hiring two new student assistants to the team. One will be placed in Esbjerg; the other one can be in either Copenhagen or Esbjerg

Key Responsibilities
Overall, you will drive the operational excellence of our HR systems together with the team, and support on different projects to automate HR processes, optimize our data quality and simplify our systems and guidelines.

You will assist with a wide range of tasks including:

  • Manage our shared mailbox together with the other two student assistants being first point of contact for our colleagues
  • Understand our key HR systems in great details in order to provide guidance on how to use them
  • Support in e.g data clean up and mass uploads tasks liaising with the support team in Headquarter
  • Provide guidance, training and create simple user guides to our colleagues
  • Support in different projects increasing system simplification and increased data quality

As Student Assistant in HR Processes and Systems, you will be part of a team of three full time employees and two other student assistants and you will report directly to the Head of HR Processes and Systems. You will be working with a complex system landscape with some systems owned by Headquarter, Paris, and others owned locally in Denmark. We, therefore, have to balance that something is out of our reach to change, but then we have to find the smartest ways of working supporting the requirements and system possibilities from various angles. The team supports all functions in HR Denmark and the business.
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.

Candidate profile

Your background

  • Being enrolled in a Bachelor/Master program is a requirement with a minimum of 1,5 years left of your studies
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical mindset, which means that you naturally look for data patterns and deviations
  • You think working with data and systems is fun
  • Ability to liaise with persons and have good communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel
  • Knowledge of Excel VBA and PowerBI will be an advantage, but not a requirement
