Key Responsibilities
As HSE Superintendent in Tyra Redevelopment Project (TRP), you will be able to shape and develop a central role when managing and driving HSE Supervisors resources at TRP HUC offshore locations. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies being responsible for Site HSE Performance reporting as well as Site Contingency Plan effectiveness. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when ensuring TRP HUC HSE Plan requirements are implemented on offshore locations.

Overall, you have the responsibility of First Level of event investigation. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with OSP, Company Rules and standing instructions.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
General:

  • Assist the HUC RSES in ensuring the HSE Management system is deployed and effective on site.
  • Keep the HUC RSES appraised of any areas of concern that may require his/hers intervention.
  • Lead and direct TRP HUC HSE Supervisors on sites and guide and assist them.
  • Participate in the work preparations and daily coordination meetings.
  • For all the PtW, check compliance for hazard identifications and the mitigation measures
  • Participate to the TBT and the associated checks (PPE, isolations, postures, tools risk mitigation effectiveness …).
  • Drive and encourage use of zero fatality initiatives. Joint safety tours, safety green light and lifesaving checks.
  • Lead the various JRA, RA, KOM and other SIMOPS or DGS excercises when performed on site.
  • Lead the first investigation steps to any incident / accident, produce the Synergi reports as well as the Safety Alerts.
  • Manage the SafePass system on TRP HUC sites
  • Perform HSE and PTW audits.
  • Prepare emergency response excercises and record / follow up on the findings
  • Produce the TRP HUC HSE KPIs.
  • Manage and produce daily HSE reports to onshore. Keep the onshore HSE Manager appraised of HSE performance and any areas of concern that may require his/her intervention.
  • Contribute to the HSE Meetings.
  • Provide coaching and HSE awareness.
  • Manage the HSE Dossier for site.
  • Be a visible presence on site that is supportive and approachable to the workforce
  • Be able to intervene in any task in a confident and reassuring manner as required.

Prior to deployment Offshore:

  • Involved in onshore preparations required to prepare activities to execute the TEPDK TRP HUC HSE Plan.

This position is based offshore on a rotation basis.

Your background

  • 10 to 15 years in the Oil and Gas or similar industry with strong HSE awareness and commitment.
  • Pro-active approach to ensuring good safety performance, good communication skills.

  • Proficiency in oral and written Danish is desired
  • Proficiency in oral and written English

The Tyra Redevelopment Project (TRP) is a Major offshore gas redevelopment project in the Danish North Sea 210 km from Esbjerg with 40-meter water of depth. The project has completed its first phase with successful completion of hook-down and decommissioning works. The project in now into its development phase comprising both Brownfield and Greenfield activities. The greenfield scope of work consists in the installation of newly built facilities composed of:

  • 3 Wellhead & Riser Platforms TE
  • 3 Wellhead & Riser Platforms TW
  • 1 Central Process Platform topsides (TEG)
  • 1 Living Quarters Platform topsides (TEH)
  • New jackets for TEG & TEH

The Project installation is staggered such that the HUC&W campaign is divided mainly into three phases. The perimeter of the TRP HSE Supervisor will evolve according to the various HUC phases as depicted below.

Phase 1: Cold HUC with TE WHRP and TEH living quarter installed both in islanded mode. With 2 accommodation barges and expected POB peak of 200 Pax cumulated.

Phase 2: Cold HUC with TEG installation and TW WHRP (remote) installation, including well reinstatement. With 2 accommodation barges and expected POB peak of 400+ Pax cumulated.

Phase 3: Hot commissioning (SIMOPS) and first gas export until end of ramp-up, including well’s unsuspension.

There is also a comprehensive integration/reinstatement scope to be executed on the existing Tyra satellites and to be synchronized with the green field activities.
