Key Responsibilities
As Hook-up and Commissioning RSES Delegate for Tyra Redevelopment Project, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in ensuring that all HSE, Quality and Technical contractual requirements are duly applied to TRP Contractor and Subcontractor on the offshore project site and that necessary prevention means are implemented to minimize risk to people and assets. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies improving the Site Safety and Environment performance. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when ensuring a proper execution of the TRP offshore Hook-Up and Commissioning phases with the objective of safely achieving first gas production and production ramp-up.

The position is based on a 1-2-3 rotation basis where 1 week is in the office, 2 weeks offshore and 3 weeks recup.

Responsible for Safety and Environment on site during the offshore execution of the Hook-up and Commissioning phases for the project in the Danish North Sea.
These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
General:

  • Ensure the role of HUC site representative in his perimeter.
  • Ensure a proper execution of the TRP offshore Hook-Up and Commissioning phase with the objective of safely achieving first gas production and production ramp-up.

HSE Matters:

  • Continuously improve the Site Safety / Environment performances, the site integrity and the site housekeeping.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement the associated action plans.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Ensure the key HSE processes are known, in place and up and running prior to commencement of TRP offshore execution phase
  • Ensure Safety Systems are handed over from project to Field Operations fully operationally.
  • Ensure routine safety system tests are performed.
  • Ensure statutory inspections are completed.
  • Lead the HSE Committee meetings.
  • Ensure POB control is in place and monitored
  • Management of Hook-up commissioning and wells contractors and workforce on site

TRP Execution Matters:

  • Control and follow-up TRP offshore activities in their perimeter related to Hook up and Commissioning activities until their final completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule priorities in their perimeter, as arbitrated by HUC & Wells Manager, in close coordination with other packages to ensure the optimal planning to First Gas.
  • Lead and Own the 2-week Planning meetings.
  • Influence in the 5-week
  • Ensure a proper work preparation (Kick Off meetings, JRAs, Quality checks, PtW Meetings, Daily Meetings, Planning Meetings, etc).
  • Contribute to the overall offshore TRP execution strategy.

When Onshore:

  • Ensure a proper preparation i.e. SIMOPS, work packs, planning, conflicts, issues of the next 5-week work scope of TRP offshore sites.

The Tyra Redevelopment Project (TRP) is a Major offshore gas redevelopment project in the Danish North Sea 210 km from Esbjerg with 40m water of depth. The project has completed its first phase with successful completion of hook-down and decommissioning works. The project is now into its development phase comprising both Brownfield and Greenfield activities. The greenfield scope of work consists in the installation of newly built facilities composed of:
•                    3 Wellhead & Riser Platforms TE
•                    3 Wellhead & Riser Platforms TW
•                    1 Central Process Platform topsides (TEG)
•                    1 Living Quarters Platform topsides (TEH)
•                    New jackets for TEG & TEH

The Project installation is staggered such that the HUC&W campaign is divided mainly into three phases. The perimeter of the Hook-up and commissioning RSES-D will evolve according also to the various HUC phases as depicted below.

Phase 1: Cold HUC with TE WHRP and TEH living quarter installed both in islanded mode. With 2 accommodation barges and expected POB peak of 200 Pax cumulated. During this phase the RSES-D will be delegated the HUC on the TEH living quarter (including the accommodation JU)
Phase 2: Cold HUC with TEG installation and TW WHRP (remote) installation, including well reinstatement. With 2 accommodation barges and expected POB peak of 400+ Pax cumulated. During this phase the RSES-D will be delegate by the RSES the HUC on the three TW Wellhead & Riser platforms (including the accommodation JU @ 150 pax).
Phase 3: Hot commissioning (SIMOPS) and first gas export until end of ramp-up, including well’s unsuspension. During this phase the RSES-D will be delegate by the RSES the hot HUC activities on the three TW Wellhead & Riser platforms.

There is also a comprehensive brownfield integration & reinstatement scope to be executed on the existing Tyra satellites to be synchronized with the green field activities.

Your background

  • Master’s degree in science, Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry with strong focus on offshore Hook-up and Commissioning and/or operation.
  • A successful OPERCAP+ assessment or equivalent
  • Ability to manage Emergency situations
  • Focus in HSE
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
