We are now looking for an INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER (M/F) – VIE – based in Madrid, Spain.
Key responsibilities:
In the initial phase of your VIE, you will work closely with Finance Team at Madrid’s Plant as a way to get familiar with financial management tools, procedures, internal controls, reporting, ERP operating and financial flows and interfaces, cash management, standard cost, management variance, plant overheads, key operating indicators, payback on capex, etc…
You will be able to make the link between the finance and operational environment at a Plant level.
While the understanding of financial management of the plant will progress, you will be expected to enter in the second phase of your VIE by applying your experience in providing financial analysis following guidance from the Activity Controller, which will include other plants in Europe and around the world.
Such analysis might refer to benchmark of financial and operating indicators, profitability by customer and by program, direct cost of production deviation vs standard cost, free cash flow build-up, project financial performance and other ad-hoc analysis.
Also, you will provide support during preparation and deployment of Long-Term Strategic Plant and Annual Budget.

Profil recherché
You hold a Master’s degree (Bac + 5) specialised in finance, management or audit.
You have a first experience in industrial management control (preferably within the automotive industry).
Soft Skills:
You have excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
You are resilient, solution oriented and autonomous.
IT Skills:
You have very good skills in Excel.
Languages:
You have an excellent command of English.
The knowledge of Spanish could be an asset.
