airBaltic is looking for e-Commerce Project Manager to lead strategically important e-Commerce projects of different scope with aim to improve our customers digital experience and airBaltic.com traffic conversion into flight bookings and other products sales across different devices. As an e-Commerce Project Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day relationship between our business and technical teams and serve as the point of contact between the partners and the various teams within airBaltic.

We will entrust you to

  • Manage various e-Commerce projects including coordination of activities with content, design, social media, digital marketing and IT teams
  • Analyze onsite and offsite user behavior, business and customer needs, industry trends. Based on analysis create actions, identify opportunities to improve experiences and revenue. Document feature requests and development requirements
  • Work with business and IT teams to define project deliverables and develop detailed project plans
  • Work with external partners
  • Track progress of the project plan, identify dependencies and potential roadblocks, and mitigate risks to ensure successful deliveries
  • Control allocated budget

What You will need to succeed

  • e-Commerce or digital marketing experience, knowledge of online customer acquisition techniques, conversion optimization methods
  • Successful project and vendor management experience
  • Previous experience working with Google products, Google Analytics Certificate is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Ability to analyze, summarize and present information, set priorities and follow deadlines
  • High self-discipline and ability to plan daily, short term and long term activities effectively
  • Team player yet perfectly independent individual experienced working in Agile(Scrum) framework
  • A desire to learn and acquire new skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of airline industry and related commercial processes is considered an advantage
