THE CONTEXT
The Social Impact Measurement Unit of the French Red Cross, attached to the General Management, and another major player in the SSE have both been entrusted by their respective organizations with the mission of formalizing a robust methodology for measuring social impact. , from more or less embryonic, diverse and heterogeneous practices already existing within them.
These two structures are now at the end of a 2-year course of research and of putting their methodology into practice.
To benefit greatly from this experience of SSE structures and support their rise in skills in the field of social impact measurement, the two structures decided to combine their efforts to offer a common support offer capable of social impact.
The organizations decide to launch an experimental phase (April-September 2021) in order to test the MIS offer (production of studies, AMO), with the objective of creating a new entity if the results are convincing.
This initiative is new for the CRf, which wishes to acquire an advisory capacity in addition to the MIS skills already acquired by the organization.
THE POST
Attached to the General Management and under the responsibility of the Chargée de Mission to the General Manager, you join a team of 4 people in order to consolidate and implement the MIS service offer during the experimental phase of this new partnership (production of studies, AMO), to support the development of a consultancy skill in Social Impact Measurement at the CRf and to contribute to the creation of a third-party MIS consultancy structure in the event of the success of the experimental phase.
More precisely, you will have for missions:
1) DEVELOP THE CONSULTING SKILLS OF THE FIU AND THE POLE MIS
– Consolidate the service offer and the MIS value proposition in the experimental phase of the partnership (content, validity, competitiveness, etc.)
– Make an inventory of internal CRf skills to embark on an advisory process (diagnosis) and propose recommendations on the resources required for a successful launch (action plan)
2) PRODUCE SERVICES PROVIDED WITH THE PARTNER
– The project manager will contribute to the drafting of intervention proposals, to the identification of prospects and will participate in meetings with prospects.
– He will lead missions, as a pilot or as a contributor, with at least one interlocutor from the partner organization (management of the relationship with the sponsor, production of deliverables, methodological, managerial, economic and partnership steering of the projects entrusted)
3) CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND CREATION OF A NEW CONSULTING STRUCTURE SET WITH THE PARTNER
– If the experimental phase is successful, the project manager will be asked to capitalize on past experience to review and improve the service offer and adapt it to the needs of prospects.
