| Created in 1991, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) providing emergency relief and development. SIF acts in strict neutrality, without distinction of origin, gender or religion and is dedicated to alleviating the suffering of the poorest populations in the world.SIF is looking for a Head of the M / F head office accounting unit for its offices in Massy (91).
Context:
Under the hierarchical responsibility of the accounting manager, your missions will be the supervision of the management of the accounting and the management of a team of 2 to 3 people. You will be in charge of the good keeping of the general and analytical accounts of the head office and of 5 other entities, the list possibly being extended according to the development of SIF activities.
You are in functional contact with the GDD supervisor in obtaining all the data necessary for the integration of donations in accounting and necessary for banking monitoring.
Your main missions will be distributed according to the following methods:
Supervision and management (increased activity and / or absence of the employee) of the accounting operations of the head office and social missions in France
- Receipt of invoices & redistribution to the various departments,
- Accounting for documents (invoices, expense reports),
- Bank regulations,
- Bank reconciliations,
- Update and / or development of procedures: Check compliance with the procedures in place and make corrections if necessary,
- Checkout monitoring,
- Supervision of cash register records,
- Management of cash levels,
- Supervision of cash reconciliations,
- Update of the Fixed assets workbook (invoices),
- Entering asset records on the tool,
- Posting of the monthly payroll entry,
- Review and closure of the payroll cycle,
- Review and analysis of third party accounts related to property management activities,
- Review and analysis of third party accounts related to thrift store activities,
- Soutien au contrôleur de gestion pour le suivi budgétaire – siège et missions sociales France : Collaboration avec le contrôleur de gestion pour lui remettre tous les éléments comptables dont il a besoin pour effectuer son suivi budgétaire trimestriel,
Situations semestrielles (pouvant évoluer vers des situations trimestrielles)
- Révisions intermédiaires des opérations comptables du siège
Révision des comptes annuels
- Suivi du planning de clôture,
- Constatation des provisions et reprises annuelles (FNP Factures non parvenues, FAE Factures à établir, CCA Charges constatés d’avances, PCA Produits constatés d’avance…),
- Elaboration du dossier de révision des comptes en collaboration avec le RCF,
Volet managérial
- En tant que chargé de la comptabilité France, votre rôle de manager consiste à faire respecter les process internes et le cadre RH en vigueur avec l’appui de votre responsable de service,
- Vous assurez une bonne communication interne avec votre équipe : transmission des informations sur le SIF et les procédures,
- Vous veillez à la formation en continu de vos équipes et de gestion des besoins fluctuant : établissement des plannings (congés, saisies, révision …), répartition des tâches, organisation du travail,
