Key Responsibilities
As Industrial Sales Manager, you hold the responsibility of ensuring the development of a strong and sustainable position of Industrial lubricants sales in Sweden. You will be working from home and you will have a close working relationship with Technical support, Marketing, Customer service and Logistics based in the Nordic headquarter in Copenhagen. You will also have a close working relationship with the sales managers from the other Nordic countries and with key accounts managers from Total Lubricants in Paris.

The industrial market includes segments such as auto components, power generation, wind energy, general engineering, food and beverages, mining, quarrying, cement, steel, wood, paper and other such as pharma, cosmetic, textile, plastic. The position covers whole Sweden and therefore mobility is required.

The areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
Strategy

  • Define and implement a long term and sustainable lubricants sales strategy and roads to market in line with the overall strategy of the company
  • Propose and implement the price policy in line with the recommendation of the overall Lubricants business line

Sales

  • Responsible for achieving the sales budget
  • Responsible for the sustainable development of sales and profitability. This entails active involvement in the management of accounts, resellers and distributors, the identification of growth opportunities, and active support to tenders
  • Identify sales potentials in all industrial market segments in Sweden with main focus on selected key segments
  • Identify relevant distributors to support the strategy
  • Defining the product range together with Logistic department to be stocked at the Nordic warehouse in Copenhagen

Marketing:

  • Propose specific orientations of growth opportunities in relation to product mix, marketing and sales tools
  • Support customers through active participation in sales training and product courses
  • Responsible for the accurate and updated information into Salesforce CRM system.

Candidate profile

Who we are looking for?
Your background
Professional skills:

  • Technical education ideally combined with a commercial background
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management with documented results
  • Customer-centric approach and a high level of sales orientation
  • Solid experience from in the lubricants business and the various segments
  • General knowledge of the after sales business
  • Computer skills at a high level, primary Windows office
  • Swedish as mother tongue and fluent in oral and written English

Personal skills:

  • You must possess a high drive and outstanding self-motivation
  • You are a strong communicator who can communicate effectively at all levels
  • Provide excellent stakeholder management as you will be working with various colleagues across the Nordic organization and Total Lubricants in Paris
  • Ability to work in a structured way
  • International approach – must thrive in a large French company
