We will entrust you to

• Prepare and control technical staff rosters and activities to ensure efficient shift coverage with required qualified staff;
• Plan and monitor actual working time to comply with Latvian legislation to comply with duty/rest time regulations;
• Equally plan technical staff resources among all necessary activities – maintenance, training, business trips, stand by, vacations, qualifications, etc;
• Make actions required in case of the unexpected roster or workload changes, ensuring safe and efficient maintenance activities;
• Keep updated all sources of technical staff roster and keep informed shift leader and Production Planning on any changes immediately;
• Cooperate and communicate with other Department employees to get updated information for qualitative rosters;
• Prepare and analyze planned/worked time reports for particular staff and maintenance tasks;
• Provide reports related to planned/performed maintenance activities on the fleet, used resources;
• Provide meetings and discussions with technical staff on the Line Maintenance Manager request;

What You will need to succeed

• An engineering degree from aeronautical, mechanical or avionic studies relevant to the A/C maintenance or University degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and business judgment skills;
• Demonstrated skills in data analysis & data quality assurance;
• Maintenance experience in aviation industry will be considered as an advantage;
• Experience in duty schedule will consider as an advantage;
• Strong communication and cooperation skills;
• Able to cope with change and uncertainty in a dynamic work environment;
• Fluent English, Russian language would be an advantage;
• Excellent PC skills;
• Positive attitude
