RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibility is to provide a technical support to ACF project staff on Basic Needs and Cash Programmes planning, implementation and coordination.
More specifically you will be in charge of :
– Contributing to the definition of the country strategy as well as the strategy and positioning of the FSL technical department
– Coordinating the identification of needs and the formulation of project proposals
– Overseeing the implementation of programs/projects and ensuring that reports are submitted
– Guaranteeing the quality and cost-effectiveness of projects
– Ensuring the active participation of ACF in national sectoral coordination and technical forums and developing sectoral partnerships
– Managing the team
– Promoting capitalization, technical development and research within the FSL Department

REQUESTED PROFILE

You hold a master degree in Economics, Agriculture, Public Health, International Development or related field and have at least 3 years experience in a similar position;You have a strong background in development and livelihoods and you are familair with social systems, social protection and refugee integration;During your career you have developed projects with different partners and local authorities.Seeking innovative financing is comfortable for you.You have experience in leadership and demonstrate excellent managerial and leadership skills;You are able to manage and optimize a project specifically in an emergency context.;Fluent English is mandatory, Polish or Ukrainian would be a plus.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS / SALARY

– 3 to 6 months fixed term contract
