What the role entails
Scope: Your scope will include (but not limited to) below:
Performance Management Framework & Governance:
- Collaborate with core services leadership and key stakeholders to define relevant and actionable KPIs that align with business.
- Ensure KPIs are aligned with group services strategy and reflect performance in core.
Performance Measurement & Review:
- Establish robust systems and methodologies for measuring and tracking KPIs across core service.
- Monitor performance against targets and benchmarks, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilize benchmarking insights to drive continuous improvement and
- Facilitate regular performance review meetings with core function leaders and stakeholders to discuss KPI results, trends, and action.
Data Quality and Governance:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data governance practices and quality.
- Collaborate with data management teams to resolve data related.
Control and Compliance Effectiveness:
- Ensure compliance with Riot Tinto’s policies, regulatory requirements, and internal.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices and drive continuous improvement in reporting insights.
- Partner with appropriate teams to automate the production of metrics to provide deep dives in more effective manner.
About Yourself
We are looking for passionate candidates having:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in performance management, data governance, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of designing and implementing performance measurement frameworks and KPI’s.
- Thorough knowledge of data governance principles, data quality, and data management best practices.
- In-depth understanding of business strategy and the ability to align performance metrics with organizational.
- Understanding of data analysis tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
